Description of the Problem, or Question?
So whenever i try to organize my layers into layer groups i am unable to do so. I can create anew layer group but i cannot put any layers into it. usually i click and drag my layer into the group but when i try and drag it the layer will not move. all the layers and the group are unlocked as well. when i hold and try to drag a layer on the top left of the program a little pop-up shows that the layer is visible and unlocked. On the bottom left the “paint with free strokes” changes into “move layer in stack”. This is usually what i see when i move my layers but for some reason the layers wont move. is there a setting i could have accidentally changed? It was working just fine like a week or two ago.

Operating System + Version: windows 10, 64 bit
Make and Model # of Graphic Tablet: wacom, intous draw. i don’t know the specs
Please Tell Us How to Reproduce the Problem in Steps.
I just boot up mypaint and and the problem occurs. It also does not matter if i open a new image, start with a blank canvas, or open a saved file.
