MyPaint 2.0.1 not working on Windows7

Newer versions of MyPaint weren’t opening for me either but now I got it working on
MyPaint V2.0.1 on Windows 7 :grin:
Try this:

  1. Uninstall Python.
  2. Install the latest version of Python that’s compatible with Windows 7 (I tried Python 3.8.7 and it worked but first I had to install the KB2533623 Windows update and restart my computer, then install the newer Python).
  3. Now try installing and opening MyPaint V2.0.1
