Description of the Problem, or Question? the lines taper at the end of each stroke when using an inking brush…the lines

also many a times lines suddenly change in width instead of a gradual change from thick to thin

Found under Help → About MyPaint

Operating System + Version:
windows 7 64bit

Can you try Help->Debug->Test Input Devices and see if pressure acts normally there?

Thanks but i dont know what exactly to look for
the tapering still happens

sorry to intrude but how do you download the latest builds appveyor again? I tried going into “artifacts” to download the version, but it wouldn’t let me access a download link like I’m used to.

Are you clicking on one that’s red? Those are failed builds. Use the history tab to find a “green” one:
