Cannot update location state file

Description of the Problem, or Question?

I’m new to mypaint and installed it for the first time on my windows 10 64x machine.
after installation and when I tried to open it
It produces this error “cannot update location state file”
hope someone will help me.

Try running mypaint from a cmd-terminal and copy the error stacktrace to here…
