Add HTTPS Support to OAuth2 Logins

Hi, I just noticed that the Google social login is not working for this Discourse forum. I am getting the following error:

Error: redirect_uri_mismatch

Doh… forgot to change url to https ever since adding HTTPS support on our site. It’s fixed on Googles end, but @achadwick needs to fix them for twitter and Github. I’ve notified him on GIthub.
