Wrong brush preview size

When I change brush size the circle preview doesn’t go bigger than a certain size. So I can’t use large brushes.

MyPaint version:
1.2.1

Operating System + Version:
Windows 10

Make and Model # of Graphic Tablet:
same effect with wacom intous and with tablet unplugged

Unfortunately, the brush size preview is not always accurate, and tries to balance usability with accuracy. If the preview was totally accurate, you might zoom in a lot and lose your cursor entirely as it expanded beyond the monitor size. Or, if you zoomed way out, the cursor size could shrink to less than a pixel and disappear.

Implement Software Cursors

I've noticed some brushes will stop resizing if you make the brush too big, Is there a way to make the cursor track the brush size no matter how big it gets? It's hard to tell how big my strokes are until I place them.
